This book is very weird! It has no page numbers and the index has no page numbers! You could never find anything again! It is crazy! Also, the macro nutrient breakdown is just carbs and fats, no protein. You need to know all 3 doing keto as you can get too much protein. So, in light of that I am not sure I trust their judgement or their knowledge of doing the keto diet properly so I sent it back.
Well-written, informative, beautiful book. I expected to see more of the same... tofu scramble, cauliflower rice... I didn't expect to see Pad Thai, Korean BBQ, brownies, snickerdoodles, etc. The Pad Thai was the first recipe I tried. It was easy and delicious, and it got me over my fear of kelp noodles! (they're wonderful as long as you let them soak in sauce for a bit.)

People on a vegan dietary guideline only take in food products of plant origin like grains, vegetables, and fruits. I'm not Keto or Vegan. I'm diabetic/low carb but I would definitely consider a switch and incorporate some of these into my daily meal plans. I do like that the author listed the nutritional values first and I don't have to search for them.

This book is loaded with super helpful information on Vegan Keto how to. I love this cookbook. I have been worshiping Tyler’s recipes for a long time. The recipes are simple to read and follow and the finished product has such flavor. Can’t wait to make each and every recipe. Wonderful recipes and beautiful pictures. It’s a must have!!

This is a beautiful cookbook with awesome recipes! My fave is the crane Assad tacos and the veggie Shepard's pie! Love that it does not resort to having you buy one made foods but are super tasty and easy to make on your own using real ingredients. Highly recommend this book. Thanks for author.
