Got this for my boyfriend for our anniversary! He’s obsessed with Alex Grey & Tool so I thought it would be perfect! I got two of his books, went through both and wrote sticky notes everywhere on the artworks that mea something to us. This may be his favorite gift! I can’t wait! ALSO: when you get Alex Grey, you obviously get a little of Tool. You’ll find a bit of Tool info inside which was an added bonus for me!

I bought this for my son who is an artist. It was supposed to be a birthday gift, but I couldn't wait to give it to him, lol. He is so pleased with the quality of this book. It has the most amazing full size images, and stories from Alex too. I would strongly recommend this hardback book, one of the best gifts I ever had the pleasure to give!!

Eh, thought this was going to be a book with mostly art... its like a hard cover magazine.. O well

My son is a huge Tool fan, so I gave him an Alex Grey calendar for Christmas, 2012. As a result, he requested a book of Grey's art for Christmas, 2014. I based this selection on comments and reviews, and was more than impressed. He loved the book, and I was engrossed in studying its pages while my son narrated with additional trivia about Grey and Tool. The artwork is stunning, intriguing, mesmerizing.
