well, be prepared to shuffle back and forth to connect text with appropriate tables. That being said, the information, for those persistent enough to dig for it, is very comprehensive and useful. If you are planning to build your own home, or want to be informed as to whether the crew building it is cutting corners or not, get this tome.
Comprehensive code for residential building. Although I use my other code references on -line, it is still valuable to have a hard copy that you can tab, hi-light and note in the margins. The definative resource for residential construction.
This code book is extremely hard to follow constantly having a flip from one section to another. I would not recommend buying this book.
Ah yeah, it's a code book and it has the 2012 codes in it. So, not much to say here.
